Minicon Minicon is currently held annually on Easter weekend, in Minneapolis, MN. It is run by The Minnesota Science Fiction Society, or Minn-StF. Minn-Stf was founded in 1966 and the first Minicon was held January 6, 1968, from 12:30–5pm. Minicon Guest of Honor Bios
