Fencon Fencon is a fan-operated Science Fiction and Fantasy Literary and Filk Convention held in the early Fall in the Dallas/Fort Worth area of Texas. Since its inception in 2004 it has grown from a purely literary and filk event to one that also celebrates art, science, gaming, costuming, and maker activities.
